I need to give full credit to my friend and "partner in crime", Lawes did all the hard work.

Those flow numbers are with a 45* valve job. More and more we are seeing that the valve job, and the way it transitions into the chamber can make or break a set of cylinder heads. It was Lem's "finger test" that caught a small problem and made me go back and redo the valve job. At our Winter Tech Seminar at Rose-Hulman University, guest speaker Darin Morgan spoke about this at length and showed quite a few slides/pictures of wet flow testing that showed what was going on with eddy currents and the size of them. The DVD of that seminar are available from Damon Sea and if you haven't got one, I would suggest you buy one.

Charlie

This one will be a close cousin of the one I built for the dragster. Only diffs are 10 more ci, little better heads, better oil pan and a Danny Bee. Same cam, same intake, same injection (other than I'm sending my 0 1/2 pump in to convert it to a #1)

From Lem
A460 block, 18 bolt A460 heads (ported by Charlie and co.) Diamond 4.600 pistons, cam, aluminum oil pan, Kasse pump, Cometic gaskets, bunch of small parts
From Adney Brown
4.500 Scat forged crank w short Boss snout and counterweights cut down, Scat 6.8 rods w upgraded bolts, balanced the assembly
From Keith Fulp
Motor plate, spacers and timing pointer
From RJ
New style A460 single 4 intake, new, Danny Bee, slightly used
also using an MSD crank trigger and dist, ATI damper. Still need to buy rockers, lifters and pushrods

I've got them. Just not on the car right now. They will go on later. Next week the car goes to G&S Fabrication and Suspension in Athens, Al to put in mounts for the motor plate you built me, build a set of headers and do a few other small things. Just going to put a dummy mock up motor/trans together for that.
