BBF CARB JETTING????
What are you guys running on these big blocks for Jetting? I'm using a 4150 carb and had 86/91 jetts but felt like my mph was falling so I went up on the jetts but mph stayed the same. My plugs seemed on the lean side when I checked them. Any info on what I should do here? I went up on the jetts to 90/95 and plugs seem a little better. I'm not sure what my limits are on jetts before I go over board with it.

I do not think a 4150 is big enough for a BBF now a Small Block yes but I feel a 4500 is the only way for a BBF

I agree but unfortunately I dont have one right now. The car does run pretty damn good with the carb thats on it. I dont see much more out of it with a 4500. Car has been a 6.47 in 1/8 3200lb leaving at 1500rpm on street tires.

If thats the carb you have to work with, give it what it wants, let it eat !!!

Better "to rich" than "to lean" ... get it rich and then go leaner from there.

Re: BBF CARB JETTING????
I'm already up to 90/95 on the jetts. If I go more wont I be messing with Air bleed issues? My plugs still look ghost white. I tried square jetting it and carb did not like it. Carb stuttered alot at 92/92

I'd have to check to see if theres a power valve, but timing is on 34 degrees. There has been some small port work done to the heads too.

The Hoilley 1,000 cfm annular carb is number 80514.
Change the high speed air bleeds to 28 or 29 from the 32's which should be in there.

How would this benefit me by switching the air bleeds down and what would I be able to do by doing this?
