mid plate thickness... Empty mid plate thickness...

any thoughts?

Considering that many guys (myself included) run a mid-plate with OEM (measurement) mid-plates without a problem and that's a lot more than 0.030" difference.

basically my converter is set up for an JW ultra bell, powerglide with a .090 mid plate.. I'm needing a mid plate and this is what he has.. on another note, being that the converter is setup for a JW ultra,would it make a difference if I went with a Reid case, and bell or an ATI adapter plate set-up?

so.......are you saying he has a 1/8 mid plate?if so it wouldnt be a problem,just shim the converter a little.more room is better than not enough. Laughing

first sure you need one? .200 or .190 is the thinest i would consider
