ISKY Easy Roll Lifters

I'm due for a new set of lifters, two seasons on my current set of of Crane Ultra-Pros (remember them?) and I begin to worry. Since I have to change brands I thought the Isky Easy Roll has a good story? My application is an A460 head EFI 581" pump gas deal with an .800 lift solid roller, 300#+ at the seat (see proven builds) that sees lots of street miles and maybe 70-80 passes a year.

Has anyone run these lifters enough to have a sense of their durability? I know the Red Zone lifters have a good reputation but the new deal seems appealing to me, call me crazy.

Background: Plain vs. Needles

Problems with Needles in Heavy Load Applications
Extensive Spintron® testing in the Isky research lab has confirmed that rather than being continuous and orderly, needle-roller motion in the typical roller lifter bearing is anything but! To the contrary, needle roller motion is actually subject to a harmonic wave-like action which oscillates between the ‘bunching-up’ and spreading apart of the needles, due primarily to the deflection or bending of the outer bearing race. This deflection (because of extremely heavy valve spring loads and tremendous dynamic forces) is aided by the relatively poor ratio of load distribution to surface area in contact of the needle roller bearings. This is why even the premium prices $2,000+ lifter sets occasionally fail! The problem is not one of material, but in the design of needle roller bearings and their small footprint of contact. In contrast, the EZ Roll™ bearing boasts a solid 350% higher load rating because of the elimination of the needles! Tremendous Value
Because Isky’s new EZ Roll™ bearing option (for Red Zone™ roller lifters) delivers such dramatic improvements in roller lifter performance, they are of course priced as an upgrade/premium. Thanks guys, Lem do you stock these, and do they come in .904 or .937 and are the rollers wider or larger as they are on some other brands?

No sir i'm not a Isky dealer. The other brands I'm aware of get a bigger dia. wheel when you go to the .904" stuff......you'd have to contact isky to see what they do.
