yeah i know that sucks Crying or Very sad atleast for me. i've been lookin for a used set and can't find any anywhere. but it don't matter cause like i said i have to sell mine first. i do have one question someone might be able to answer will the b-441's go to like 1.150 lift and still work? thanks again. i'm not botherin ya'll anymore till i have some cash to spend. eric

How about 1.200" and still working...just get used to checking and changing valve springs...don't ask me how I know Exclamation Laughing affraid
just wonderin if it will still make power or fall off i don't mind checkin springs Very Happy can i ask what engine u have? i'd like to have a 815 but that will never happen if i can swing the 700'' i'll be very happy Twisted Evil Twisted Evil thanks eric

The cost difference between 700" and 815" isn't really that big.... Your already buying the "Big" parts for the 700" motor.....Billet Crank, Aluminum Aftermarket Block, Big Rods, Big Hemi Heads, Sheet Metal Intake....Etc. Only thing that changes is maybe deck height and bore........ Shocked 632" +/- is about the cut off with reasonably conventional or common parts.

IMO I wouldn't let having 1 part dictate the complete build, your looking at a very expensive engine requardless if you have a crankshaft of not and like is always said "more is better"...... Laughing

It was an 815" combo with B441 heads. Didn't run out of steam. Shifted at 8000.....lot of "stuff" spinning around at that speed Laughing

Eric,

1. A 5" billet crank won't get you a 833 CID engine.

2. The 12" deck height blocks are available in alum. from C&C Motorsports. It will be the 5" bore spacing, wide pan rails version.

thanks charlie but if u read my post one more time thats why i asked what a 5'' billet crank was worth Cool i'd have to sell it and buy a 6'' stroke. affraid
my class limits me to a cast block but i done some calling around and a guy named Mike said their is going to be a 12'' cast block avalable real soon not tryin to let the cat out of the bag for him but thats what i was told??? we'll see if or when it comes out...eric

Eric,

Okay, it was confusing and I misunderstood your post. I'm sorry. By "cast block", then you are saying a cast iron block? What is the bore spacing going to be on it?

My Best Guess $750-1250 +/- maybe more if someone wants one or you can verify its history and useage. or it could be less if its been repaired or abused.

It would be in the $3500 range new.
