What size fuel pump

It's got a Holley 110 gph mechanical pump on it now
I'm wanting to put a 150 shot on it
What size elec pump do I need for engine and nitrous ?

1 Mallory Comp 250 should be plenty, and give you room to grow down the road.

Do you have to run a return line?

The comp 250 pump has a return coming off the pump you can run back to the tank.

The return on the pump is for use with a deadhead style regulator, I used a Mallory 5 port with mine, might be why it lasted so well. With the return style reg you cap the bypass on the pump.

the min size i run is a 140 mallory, and we have used 300 shot with (140) these, no returned needed.

the 250 pump is one of the best, and if mounted in the rear the returned can be ran right back to the top of the tank/cell,and a dead head reg used in the front,works perfect
