Cometic 4.400 bore gaskets on 4.390 bore block ,will it work ?

will Cometic 4.400 bore gaskets work on 4.390 bore block using tfs street heads without any problems?

As long as the chambers are inside the bore they should work fine.

its not desireable to have the gaskets hanging inside the chambers or hanging over a chamfer on the top of the bore too.

Lem has small bore ones instock that will work fine if your looking for them.

They'll work but I'd use the 4.5" bore gaskets if you haven't already got them.

Lem, have you got a 35-38 thousand head gasket set 4390 bore? if so I need one.

No....I can get them. 4.390" cyl. bore or 4.390" gasket bore? Just put a 4.500" bore gasket on it ....in my opinion.
