ANOTHER TRAGIC LOSS ----

I'm sending this message from my brothers computer in Pfafftown, North Carolina. I got here last Wednesday to enjoy our 25th year of going to the Charlotte Auto Fair together. We had a great time on friday, and stayed until 6PM! Tom's wife put on a great dinner for us, and we spent the rest of the evening talking about our upcoming trip to Windy Hollow for the Big Block Bash. Many of you may remember him from previous bashes, he was the guy driving the battery powered invalid cart, with me tagging along on foot. Tom has been in very bad health for a long, long time, suffering from C.O.P.D., and heart trouble - but he almost always rallied for the "bash", he loved to see the big Fords run!
At midnight last night my brother, Tom lost his battle, and died instantly from a massive heart attack. The emergency crew arrived in under 5 minutes, and worked on him without stop for over an hour, but just couldn't bring him back! His widow, Marie is devastated, as am I - without him, there's no me - anyone who's lost a brother will know what I mean.
Damon, if you're reading this, please donate our event T-shirts to somebody. I don't think I will be coming to the bash again, I just couldn't enjoy myself without him.

Wayne ,I'm sorry to hear this, my brother is fighting brain cancer right now. It's tough to know the end is coming .I feel your pain. Good luck to you and your family in this terrible time.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I lost my older brother in 94,.... and my Mom 30 days later. (I was 24 and he was 32, Mom was 61)
