Found some bent valves...

Damn wreck in the dragster took out 2 valves too! Just tore the engine down and found the intake and exhaust valves on cylinder #8 bent. The intake just barely missed the seat on one small spot when I mark it and spin it to check contact. The exhaust is clearly bent!
Hopefully that's all as I dig into it some more. I'm going to pull that rod car and see if the bearing looks OK.

Lem, I'll call you Tuesday.
I also found the 2 roller rockers beat up on the roller tip and the studs have some scoring too. I figure I'll replace the rocker and studs too.
The rod bearing looked fine though.
