In an 8.2" deck "World" block with 302 mains and 4.125" bore, I have used a Cleveland crank with reduced O.D. counterweights and cut down mains, (which isn't necessary for you), and offset ground stroke to 3.600" with Toyota rod sizes and 5.290" long SCAT rods with custom pistons for the smaller pin diameter. The CD at 1.11" was actually taller than a 347 CD at 1.09".
It was 385 inches but, looked like a 302 on the outside.
With this "World" block I wouldn't have needed to reduce the main sizes, LOL.

What about bearing spacers and a regular 302 stroker crank?

I don't know if they still make it but the old bearing kit was $599 plus the machine work to install it. I was told that it was not as simple as the chevy spacer kits.
