Hmm, the Showstopper, the Philosopher, the Boss and possibally some other BBF celebrities! Will be a good show!!!

I was thinking we could have a Powerwheels race for the kids at sometime during the day to get them involved as well maybe race to the 330' any thoughts or ideas???

I'll be doing my best Bob Bode impression by having a select few females backing me up. The ad is on Craigslist now. That's how we roll. Holla

i think im gunna come to this even though my car wont be done. Id like to meet some of u good folks and have a good time watching the ford power tear up the track.

For the kids we are gonna try to have a Powerwheels race but this will need to be first thing in the morning, I am thinking we have them run to the either the 60' or 330' I would like some imput on this please.

$5 buy-in and payout for top 5 finishers???

if its for the kids there shouldn't be any buy in , just get a sponsor or sponsors to put up a couple of grand and let everyone win , you want to make the kids want to go to your races every year ...........

all he ask was was for some input , if i was promoting a race event and i wanted it to be an annual event, a " successful " event ..i would be family and kid friendly , not how to make a dime on the kids big wheel race. im mean come on put up 500 bucks and have the race ..... it was just my .02

oh and i would want to run then to the 660' ...... i want them to sleep good thru the night

No need to argue over this gentlemen, this was a thought on how to do the Powerwheels Race (batterie powered Bruno, not Big Wheels ) I want to have some kind of reward for the kids as of right now there is only one sponsor.

The races are 70% payout Byron will be taking 30% to cover the track costs and any sponsorship money will be on top of the 70%. I did not last year and will not this year take one single penny from the pot. The networking and driving around trying to get local sponsors and phone bills and flyers all come out of my pocket.

I was just razzn Bruno, my point is that it doesn't seen that you can get anything done for free anymore.

I thought about t-shirts for the kids (but what sizes???) thought about candy (some parents wouldn't like that) thought about trophies (gotta pay for those) hell I even thought about Wal-Mart gift cards. I plan on talking to a couple local trophy shops and trying to get some sponsorship worked out for all classes. Still alot of planning to be done.

Maybe just call a t shirt guy and see if he want to make/sell on site?
