Coming to the end of a long road

This past year my wife's grandad passed away, and grandma decided to move to town. She has wanted us to have her house for over 20 years. We are the 4th owners of this house and it is over 100 years old. Grandma lived here for 65 of those years. We took on a huge project of remodeling, and adding a large addition and a garage almost big enough to park the Peterbilt in. We did most of the work ourselves starting last December, with the help of a friend who is a contractor by trade. We now have all the necessary things done, and finally get to enjoy the fruits of our labor. We will spend the first night here tonight. We have been taking pictures along the way and I'll post some up as soon as I get time to download them. F250 Mike and Garage Door Bob have seen it, and Nevs has been by on the highway a few times to make sure I'm still getting something done. If anyone is passing through this way, drop me a line, we definately have room for you.

BTW Denaro, your hunting lodge is open for business.

when's the party?

Good deal Rob. I was there in 2010 after the tech seminar, and I just fell in love with that place. I'm glad you guys are getting the chance to move in and keep it in the family. If I ever get another chance, I'll be sure to swing by. We'll see what hunting season brings ...

Me and Sooz are always up for a long road trip Rob,maybe we will drop in sometime. Glad you are finally getting to enjoy it.
