What's all needed to hook up a belt type fuel pump to a carb for alky?

You need either a by pass type regulator or a bypass with a poppet and pill. Front mounted fuel cell also. I got a hilborn pump and pill type bypass I would sell for $200 , it does not have a drive or pulley. I also have waterman pump I will take $300 for .
