Brakes Empty Brakes

So since I am adding more HP in my 78 ford F150 with 460 engine to around 450 to 500 Hp should I up grade the brakes rear and front the rears are drums and front are disk???????

You'll be fine with the stock brakes. Just make sure you have good lines,wheel cylinders,calipers, etc.
