I think I have your Gout. 
My foot has been pretty sore lately so I went to the doc today. I guess we should know in a day or two when the results come back. I can tel you this, I got shingles last week and it is 100 times more painful than my foot. When I was at the doc today she wanted to see how my shingles were doing.When I took my shirt off she said "Wow, that is the worst case I have ever seen!" Don't I feel special. Even the nurse came back to check out the worst case ever. I am popping pain killers like crazy and they don't do crap. Tomorrow will be one week of this and I told Lisa that I am going to start the Crown pain killer after the prescription stuff runs out.

How come that sammich don't have any peppers.......that's just not right. Peppers cure damn near anything.

Hahahahahahahaha, that is for sure. At least they haven't posted any pics of my sandwich eating abilitites.
