Well, as much as I hate them as well, I was at the tire shop a couple of weeks ago and they told me in the next year or so, I won't even be able to get a tire less than 17"... The trend is here and overrunning those of us that don't want to run that crap... I'm gonna check elsewhere, because I run Cooper tires, and they have already stopped making 15" tires for my daughter's truck... So I guess if I can get them from someone else, I may have to switch brands...

Looks like my only option is to order them in the sizes I need. I did find one local shop that sells Firestone where I can get them still ... To be more specific, I can however get all season tires, but they don't work well in the mountains here... It's the more aggressive designs that I can't get get...

What is even worse is that these dipshits actually RENT wheels and tires down in Florida. When we were in Lakeland - Tampa area a year or so ago there were shops all over the place that actually let you rent these wheels and tire combos ???????? How stupid can that be ..........

My festiva has 12's on it and gets 40+ miles per gallon. I guess i could try and put a set of 15's on it. Think It would be a show stopper? lmao:P 

They're keeping someone in business, so I say go bigger. It makes it easy to prepare for a draw down when your in sketchy territories.

I have a bunker full of guns, but I can only shoot two at a time. If they every come after me, I doubt I'll be able to launch all the projectiles I have in preparation. I guess it's all on what you want to spend your money on. There are a lot of people out there that think all gun owners are waiting for a chance to kill someone..

I think most of those with 26" rims are the ones waiting for the chance.

A lot of those guys lease the wheels and tires . Like the furniture in their house.

Someone's making money. I'm all for it. Lease or own. At least we can see where all the welfare money is going. If they're spending it on wheels, they're not shooting or snorting it.

Yep, when they list the car on CL they mention the wheels aren't included in the sale.

Same reason you and I elect to cut off worn jeans to create "cut-offs"! We "old bastards" reminisce of the '70's when cut off shorts were the thing. We simply will not let go of our youth. Although we at times don't understand the ways of others, their actions are as our's were, the current fad! I got a set of 20" CABO wheels for sale for $500 with tires,but tires are shot....5x4 1/2  

These rims n tires go hand n hand with underwear hanging out the back and pants down to your knees....
I just shake my head.
