EFI vs D0VE head questions

I'm going to swap from an EFI top end to Early style heads.
Are the exhaust and accessory bolt holes in the same locations as the efi heads?
Will the serpentine set up from my truck work with the old heads?
will the EFI heads work to test fit the early style exhaust manifolds for frame clearance?
I don't have any early heads yet to compare or use for test fitting the exhaust.
