k member spacer?

k member spacer?  Empty k member spacer?

#1. I have a fox body mustang wanted to no is it ok to run a spacer to get the motor to clear k member/pan to get it in and will it mess with fron suspension was told it was ok 1 1/2 to 2 ?
#2 I have to car on stands and level it it best to have motor at 0 with the car or do you want a few degrees back like 3 1/2 to 4 ?
  I have top bell bolt 2" below the last rib on the fire wall it it to low ? 

I now have it a a 2" spacer and the motor at zero degrees and the car level  
need to no be for I weld in mid plate and motor plate? 
Any help would be appreciated Thanks

Yeah that's for all the help just a little header fitting to go everything else is done and look good
