Roll call for 2K14 Ford race..

I busted some trans parts Sat. night but the parts are suppose to be here today. I am not fast enough for the quick 8 but I hope plenty of Ford's are bustin some azz in chebby land.

quick 8 is quickest 8,dragsters,doorcars all run together,there's a couple of chebbie dragsters there. Be nice to see the rest be Fords!!

Yea I know,but we are on shut down here @ mill for 2 weeks plus my 16 yr old grandaughter is having a graduation party Sat. and i can't miss that. She's graduating 1 year early and thats a big accomplishment these days. Gonna miss hangin w/yall though.

I guess this is my offical bow out. I have tried very hard to have a car ready but have failed. Bad Ign box kept us on the wrong path for six weeks. Finaly got power back in the car but now the susp. is way out in left field. I hired a small tire guy to help me and we made alot of progress over the past two weeks, but last week end it stood up pretty good. It then knocked the tires ouy from under it., landed hard and killed one of the front struts. I'm just so far away from having a car that is competative for anything rigrht now, Ineed to stay home and get more testing in. I haven't posted anything about the car recently,just tired of saying the same thing.
Every one be careful and have a great time. I will be there in spirit, Act. in the the form of a gas. I sent my extra NOS bottles with Bobby and Derik.

Whats really sad is,the car is rough.

2 cars here loaded and ready to head out Friday, looks like the weather is going to be great.

Ward; hopefully we will put the extra NO2 to good use tomorrow, looking for some good numbers. We should know something early about how new changes will effect performance. Sure wish you could have made the trip with us.

UPDATE!!! I just got sprung from my week long hospital stay or I'd be on the grounds.

Update: US 60 regular program has begun. The quick 8 is fixin to start. "Our guys" who made the cut are, Mike Stevens,Brian Spears and Dan Hobbs.

Round 2 bout to start. Mikey and Dan are still in.
