It's neat and all but the no expense spared is a little misleading......
Why go thru all that and build a square tube car?

I'll sell ya a better 'Bird than that for a whole lot less that's just some paint and vinyl away from looking like that. Way better engine and a fresh 7.50 cert to boot.

Cool car but "if" a guy had $45 grand I have a mustang that he could own that makes somewhere around 1200hp.

The engine is a lack-luster piece,....... but,..... IF it's 4-Sure an Ex Bob Glidden car, it would be nice to have.

HP as it sets will be 1100HP or a little better. NOT!!!!!
72cc combustion chambers, 30.9cc dish to keep the compression low. thats 102 cc on a small block..
1100 hp... on 14 lbs of boost?
we all know of a Boss headed Big Block blown that just made 990Hp.. and this makes over 1,000? Really?
still a cool car, but things are not what he says...
I seriously have 6 months building this car right. I spared no expense on anything.

Clement's Engines is only about 20 minutes from me. They are a top notch LM Dirt engine builder and do some drag race stuff as well. Their cylinder head guy did my heads but at his own shop at home. There is no way that was ever a Glidden car, just look at the front struts.

Re: Anybody got 45k laying around,......?
First he says HE built the car, then says it's a Glidden car.....nope_nope_nope.
The front struts aren't Lamb spindle mount struts, they just look like some modified OEM units. If it was supposed to be one of the Jerry Haas built Glidden T Birds it would be all round 'moly tubing & SFI 25.1 legal at one time. If it's supposed to be the last T Bird Don Hardy built for Glidden (I think after he built the EXP for Glidden) IIRC it also was all round tubing. Don Hardy did use 2x2 box tubing for the main rails on P/S cars if you go back far enough, like back in Glidden, G&R, Dyno Don Pinto, Mustang II, Maverick, 70 Mustang days. I think the Don Hardy Fairmonts might have been round tube frame as well vs 2x2, but not 100% sure.
