Up until that ACA, insurance companies were designed on "risk" management. Most large companies are non-profit. Not to mean that they don't make a profit, but they make it on investments not premiums. They are also the most regulated business' in the world.

I want to buy a new F150, but I can't find one like I want here in AL. I'm looking at the 2wd Lariat with black leather and the 3.5 EB for around 50-52K sticker, but it seems everything is either 4x4, an XL, got the 2.7 EB, or a platinum. Like Lem says, the platinums don't have much incentives. I'm probably going to just wait until I get a big job done I'm working on and go buy or order me a Platinum and be done with it.

Nick, I would ask your insurance agent about paying depreciation on the incident, they don't like to talk about it but just mention the Carfax etc. and see what they say.
