Allen screws heads rounding out. How have you gotten them out?

Drill the heads off of the ones that are rounded off, remove the lockout, and then clamp a visegrip to the part of the bolt that is remaining.

That's about what I figured I have to do. I think only two or three were not seized, it going to be fun. Thanks for the reply.

I have never had a any problems when I have had to do it. You can try using a left hand drill bit and maybe it will grab the bolt and remove it without having to drill the head off.
