Duralast Platnum Batteries
Are these Duralast platinum batteries supposed to be a replacement for the Optima Batteries??
Anyone have any experience with them?

Re: Duralast Platnum Batteries
I have never used one of those batteries but my experience with every other "Duralast" product I have bought is they are junk. I don't know what is going on with Optima, Sams Club dropped them and they were less then $200. Now everywhere else they are almost $300 so I didn't buy one last time I had to replace a battery. It's a real shame because I had the yellow tops in every hot rod I have. The last battery I bought was from Sams and it was a Duracell AGM battery.

I've been using the batteries from O'Reilly's Auto Parts. mainly because they're the closest to the house. 5 or 6 of them in various vehicles and no issues...

Re: Duralast Platnum Batteries
Just another thumbs up on the Duracell batteries. I've got a pair of them on my F350. 27 months now and no issues and came from Sam's Club. I'd buy again.
