Question about headers...
I have a 67 Mustang Fastback restomod. I'm using the Rod and Custom Motorsports front end. It has a 351 Windsor based 409" stroker with AFR 220cc Renegade heads.
I purchased a set of "Mid-Length" headers from Doug Thorley, and they fit very nice, except they interfere with the steering shaft that angles over to meet the rack & pinion steering rack.
I cannot modify the header tube, so I need a different set of headers.
I know its probably a long shot because there can't be more than a handful of people in the whole world that is running a combo like this.
Would anyone have any other suggestions??

Why can't you modify them?

Re: Question about headers...
Because I want to be able to return them since they won't work.
