what horsepower can it support?
I race mud drags up to 200 ft... average pass is 5-7 seconds.
I want to run a mechanical pump on a 700 hp motor.
can This pump do it safe?

YEP ... as long as the supply lines are large enough.

I run 1/2 line to the pump. pump has 3/8 npt female so I put a -8 to male 3/8 npt , going out of the pump I have -6 (3/ line to carb.

You will also probably need a fuel pressure regulator at the carb as the pressure of that pump is to high for most needles & seats to control correctly.

I just want to make sure it will be enough for my application.. Does anyone ever drag race with these mechanical pumps?

Yup. That's plenty of pump. Try disconnecting the line and start the engine - you'll soon see that it's a LOT of pump
