Yep, 4 speed with lockup converter. This e4od has a C6 front planet, so it's a close ratio unit now as well.
Should be cool if it works....lol......

Well, the only way to know if it works is to fire it up and drive it. And yes, it is a biggun.....

Looks real good Greg. Can't wait to hear what it runs in comparison to your C6 and how it rides on the street in OD

Re: E4OD w/ a 545 anyone?
Thanks guys! In OD the 3.89 gear will seem like a 2.75, so with the 30" tires I run I anticipate some easy cruising ahead.

I wonder how hard it would be to stuff one of those into my truck? (Just thinking out loud.)

I love it! I just wish someone made a manual valve body for one (I hate electronics) or at least paddle shifters.

I am running a Baumann controller. It has a mode called "manutronic" which seems to be a type of paddle shift input using the cruise control buttons on the steering wheel of a later model vehicle. I have a call into them to see if I can run a switched 12 volt source to the manutronic wiring, and run that off of my shift light, making the trans shift whenever the shift light comes on.
Seems like you could use the same idea to run a paddle shift deal.
Also, the baumann deal allows full manual operation of the trans if desired.
It's a pretty cool setup, and I get the idea that it can do a lot more than the instructions say it can. Since Baumann can make special tunes and send them via email, it seems like the possibilities are endless.

The car runs and drives now..... Thanks to Fabio for helping me with the valve body issues I had at first.......
Just did me a little test drive. 2500 rpm at 90 mph. 150 degrees trans temp.
This is cool!
Long live the E4OD!!!!!
