Wow,I cant believe we won this deal. we have to thank all of you guys for your support both on the web site and at the race track.This season was super exciting, never been so on edge in my life, the pressure was unbelievable, we have battled for 6 track championships in the last 10 years and they were all nerve racking but nothing like this last weekend gail and i were a bundle of nerves and we have never seen kristina so uneasy waiting for the first round pass then james monroe lost just two cars in front of us so that shot was do or die, we set up for a .520 light and kristina was .524 then the cat in the other lane went red .499. i gotta say guys i know the pressure would have gotten to me but thankfully kristina did her job.she will be on this board soon right now i know shes ankle deep in homework. thanks again for all you do,this buds for you !!!!!!!!!! todd and gail

Hey everyone, thanks so much for your support and kind words! It's all the friends we've made and support we've gotten that makes this championship mean so much.
I've been super busy playing catch-up since returning to Michigan; sorry I didn't get on the forum sooner.

As Charlie eluded to, we have many people to thank for contributing to this championship but no one deserves more credit than Charlie himself. Without his efforts Lawyer Motorsports would never have even had the opportunity to compete for this title, let alone win it. Over the past 4 years he's learned to work with my parents and I (which is certainly a chore at times!), built us some great engines, and lent endless moral support. I could never thank him enough. I always thought Charlie Evans Racing Engines & Lawyer Motorsports made a great partnership, and now we'll have the big Wally to prove it!

Thank you Kristina You certainly had some kind words to say and again I thank you. However, what many guys here on the forum don't know, is that you were the reigning Super Pro Track Champion at Chandler Motorsports Park (aka Greater Evansville Raceway) for 2006 and then I teamed up with you and your parents for 2007. So please give some credit to yourself, you're a heck of a driver. Freelander gave you a fitting nickname when you called you "Stone Cold Lawyer" because you don't get rattled or emotional.

It's good to have a big block Ford powered dragster back as the champion in the Jeg's Super Quick 32 Series,,,the last time we had a BBF winning the championship was in 2003 with Phillip Oakley and the Texas Roadhouse dragster.
