Throttle Cable and Kickdown Cable Questions

Do any of you know a good place to get these cables and bracket, and a good read and/or video on how to properly install and set these cables up?

Lokar makes cable kits for various tranny set ups. There isn't much to it. I believe you can view the instructions on Summit's site.

Quick Fuel makes a replacement throttle shaft with the ford kickdown linkage for 4150 style carbs.That is the route I am going so I can use a modified factory kickdown rod. It is a lot cheaper to boot.
