FRONT LIMITER ? Empty FRONT LIMITER ?

So when i have the limiters fully strapped down (maybe 1" of travel), does it matter if the struts are loose or tight....it wouldnt correct ?

It will just change the rate of how fast it moves that one inch.

The one inch of limited travel will still happen on full extension regardless of the how loose or tight the strut valving is set. But the rate of speed at which that one inch of limited travel happens will change (slower/faster) as the strut valving is changed.
