car is a notch 466 mild dove heads 14-1 compression 265-275@.050 700 lift 114 lobe center (blower cam) victor intake not ported or port matched 1050 dominater 92-96 jets. powerglide with ati 4500 9 inch converter. 9 inch rear spool 389 gears. tires m/t 13.5x 28. car had MAC rubber bushed control arms shredded upper bushings(self lengthened about a inch) Car ran best 10.31@134.9 1.55 60 foot. Just installed Team z double adjustable uppers and lowers and spherical bearings. set pinion angle 2 degrees. Drove car last night goes straight,did 3 launches on a long racetrack drive way to see if car would go straight. test and tune tomorrow . will post results

I double up the stock mounting points and tied them into the cage with 3/16 plate and opened up the metric bolt holes to .500 with grade 8 bolts. There is room to drill the holes an inch lower if that would help later, the lower bars are level with the ground. Can a stock location mounts 60 ft well?

We've been 1.11 but a couple people that are better than us have been a little quicker.  So to answer your question, yes.

We have customers with less than 700 horsepower 60' in the 1.19-1.22 range.   Cool


And all of that was with stock mounting holes on the body.  The rear end on the other hand, we do some pretty trick stuff now.

Car best 60 ft last night was a 1.37. Just need to work on launching and maybe a 411 gear.car shifts into high about the eighth mile
