Finally got the truck dirty

I've been fighting gremlins at every race this year so far, and haven't had a chance to put it on the track. Yesterday we did some serious thrashing and phone calling to Phillip and figured out where some issues were and finally got the truck dirty. I've got some vids to put up as soon as I get them downloaded. A big shout out to Phillip for an awesome engine and great customer support, Lem for getting the parts to me, and great advice from Snake, Coug, and Bob. This thing hits hard and runs great. My time on track was on par with the best trucks we have in our organization, the driver just needs to get his part down. .1 lights are not going to cut it with the guys I race against.

how long is the track?

glad you finally got it dirty now get it washed and cleaned up     looking good  go to Home Depot and get some lexan and fix the back glass for you sling a rock in with you plus it help keep the mud off you   

Looks like a good straight run. What r's were you turning? I kind've wish there was mud racing around here. I'd probably go that direction instead of drag.

I don't have the data logger going, but I'd guess upper 6k.  I have the 2-3 shift set at 6800 and it didn't hit that.

Do what I did.  Skip the delay box and put in an alarm clock. 

Them little front tires look like crap. Get you some bigger tires and send those to me....

And dont feel bad. I just got back in the country and haven't made a complete pass yet this year due to them stinking gremlins! Hope to do something next week though!
