misunderstood, the aftermarket blocks are heavier than a stock one, but a big bore makes the aftermarket block lighter than one that is a small bore.

Even the big bore aftermarket block is heavier than a factory one.

idt or svt? the idt's 4.500 standard bore sounds good for starters.
