EMC is run by chevy huh?

According to new rules Kaase has to switch brands. Think its a bunch of bullshyt myself.

Anytime a Ford is DOMINATE ,Shit just starts to roll uphill. Truck pulling,ProStock drag racing,or anything GM is envolved in.If this is true,its not surprising

IMO it's a totaly fair rule, I'm fact IMO it should include the top 3-6 spots or who ever is in the money. You need to spread things out and give others a chance to keep them in the competition, to many times it the same engines comming back time and time again.

Kaase will come back and kick ass again as he ALWAYS does...
Dosent matter what he builds.

Exact;ly Dave, we're not talking about the same brand of engine here but, the SAME engine with different camshafts and intake systems has won more than once so, the contest organizers want something DIFFERENT; brand is of no consequence to them.

Make no mistake ... this contest is about SELLING MAGAZINES.

In a way I agree, but I dont think they should make someone change brands. Maybe engine families, each brand has enough of them to not have to switch brands. I'm not an engine builder, hell I dont even race but I like my fords and when it comes down to it I dont like it when it seems rules are changed just to have parity and be fair. Life aint fair. Competitions are supposed to be he who is best wins. Maybe Kaase will run a mopar and kick a$$ with it, that would be cool and better than doing a, puke, chevy.

Looks like a BBC, guess you cant get a sbc to do as good as a sbf.

You are right and we're not. This rule affects them too. What if they win, they have to change brands too. I just feel you shouldnt have to change brands just to see parity like nascrap. Let the best motor win. Like Randy said though, it comes down to $ and a Ford winning EMC every year isnt gonna sell magazines.

Not totaly true, Its more about having time and dyno access than pure $$$ You'd be supprised how compeditive you could be with a very basic motor and very little $$$ if you have time and a dyno.
