The only "bad" heads I know of are the Pro Comp heads, and they probably have their place in truck motors, RV's and street rods.

I understand Jon's happiness with his P-51 DD dyno results. I am also pleased with his dyno results. It seems like when an engine is an "overachiever" and produces more torque and power than some of the naysayers say it should, we're naturally pleased and have a right to be happy. None of us need to be throwing any rocks at each other. As a good natured challenge,,,there is somewhat of a race going on between Jon, Blake and myself to see who can be the first to bust 1000 Hp with P-51 heads. Guess what, we're all helping each other. That's the way it ought to be.

Congrats on some impressive numbers! Makes *me* feel good to see that there is so much potential in these heads... I know I have the foundation for a solid 900 horse engine!

Well I got off the phone with Gerald and it seems he can't justify the 9k its gonna take to upgrade his stuff to do one motor lol.

I'll go pick it up tomorrow afternoon and get it back in the car and pop for a datalogger of sorts and iron it out on the track.................should be fun............and gonna make for a long winter.

You need to make a road trip to Kentucky and get this thing ironed out

Dont have the time or the funds, track tuning it will be.........

yea its not that far , and since there is not going to be a tech seminar we can have a thrash Fabio's engine seminar and get together.

I will donate $50 cash and an autographed Ky jelly calendar to the cause , you get Hobbs to auction the calendar off for you and you would probably come out money ahead

well she is back home, that was a pretty cheap "dyno session" lol, a highspeed did manage to find its way back home as well..................now I gotta get off my ass and get some headers built..............some "custom" Jon Thee flanges are on the way...............
