where does the bash happen?

about what time of year and is anyone welcome?whats the deal on this thing

Last year it was in May, year before in July(too hot), its whenever Phillip the track man, has a opening, he will post it up, after he gets his schedule made up, the track is Windy Hollow, in Owensboro Ky., the best weekend you will have all year.

is it only for racers, or can i just hang out and be a spectator.would it be the kind of thing i could bring my 11yr old son and be welcome or is it an adults only weekend?

It is a race type get-together however, there are sevearal whole families there, including well behaved kids. The like of a Big Block Ford is all it takes to be a part of it; all day Friday for "grudge", "TNT" and "Qualifying" then the first half of Saturday.
ANY Ford is welcome to the races, though you certainly don't need to have a "racer" to show up.

AND, you can stay for or enter the regular race program on Saturday night; in fact it is recomended.

My brother, Tom and me have been going to the "BASH" and just "spectating" (and wishing) since the beginning in 2007! Good racing, great cars, and AWESOME people, go for it!
