looks like Gliddens set up with the soft lines...except without all the splattered welds, dirty parts, and grinder marks...

Looks like there is a lot of work done to that intake also. Milled off plenum, bottom of the intake machined out for a sheetmetal valley pan. It should weigh a little less than that big ol A-460 tunnel that I have setting here. A little more tasteful than the Glidden cosmetic intake. afro terry

Guys we did modify the manifold and lose about 7lbs of weight. The soft line kit for a second system takes up less room and easier to install in tight places imo. The hp level is smaller though.

So, what HP level is the 'soft' stage good for?

Gliddens intake

Post  fastracecars on April 24th 2011, 5:37 pm

Hey guys, take it easy on Billy's intake. LOL I built the intakes on both Hemi's. They looked nice when the left here. Not so much now. I offered to weld the NOS bosses in. Ran out of time as usual.

The manifold pictured is OLD P/S stuff. The current manifolds look that old now too. I believe the top end on that picture is at least 28 years. Pretty sure.
