I knew that was coming LOL. She gets bolted to the soupbean dyno regularly! Got some hellacious torque!!!

Bolted on, that's serious. I always just use a non-splined slip coupling.

4.5" of stroke with a 6.7" rod is fairly large right???

When you get over 7000 rpm, you better be bolted on, otherwise alot of damage could occur with a slip coupling

I haven't been able to get any where near 7000 rpm for years now.

Not alot. Got tied up with work and finishing up the race season. All machining is done, and most all parts are here. The heads and intake will hopefully be back some time next week. I'm hoping to be on the dyno in 2 weeks or so at this point.

Mains were a little tight so took the mains to the high side.

put a little glue on the front of the cam or it'll leak oil out the pin holes and get on the top pulley and belt. dont get the belt too tight,it'll let you know if you do.............

Put a little silicone in the cam snout and cam pin holes...before install and life will be good.

Well, broke the crankshaft on the back up 514 last night at the divisionals. I guess racing will no longer slow the process of getting this motor together
