pushrod thickness question Empty pushrod thickness question

Just wondering if I need a .120 wall or .080 would be fine solid roller 557 dove headed,spring pressure is about 278 and 691lbs, plan to spin it to 68/7000 max,length of pushrods are 8.85,thanks

.080 will work, but the heavier ones would be better.
