max effort 460

considering getting back into a local head up class, i ran it last year with my 393w and did very well, looking at doing a car just for that class but use a BBF it is limited to 28x10.5 tire..stock suspension type no ladder bars or 4 links no back halve cars, 2900lbs with me in the car, motor must be 470ci or less and BB must use a factory iron head and im limited to 1000 cfm carb, i am thinking a set of ported doves or cj heads if i can find a set 13-1 compression a nasty roller cam and support hardware, what is your guys take on this
