DC Amp meter Empty DC Amp meter

I am looking for recommendations for a DC Amp clamp on meter for checking alternator output? Most are just AC. I am looking in the $100-150 range.

Ideal make a good one. I have both Fluke and Ideal. The ideal is a little more affordable. If you want to go cheaper check out test equipment.com. Extech is a budget level brand that is decent.
