I really thought somebody would say something about how much they picked up in the .200 to .500 lift range.

This, I thought was good because Mike is running a solid flat tappet deal. I have never seen this much increase in air flow before with just a back cut after the port job.

I tried to concentrate on getting as much flow as I could up to .650 lift.

You done good buddy! Very Happy Yes, the backcut really REALLY helps the mid-lift flow numbers on the SCJ heads. Cool

Good job Blake !

Those numbers from .300-.500 really woke up !

if I didn't already have money tied up in my A429 setup I'd get some of those SCJA heads and let you work your magic on them. Very Happy

Not to say that it can't happen but, testing well over 100 samples, I've never seen those heads go 356 @.400" ... 326 for sure and maybe 336.
