Steering shaft ?'s Empty Steering shaft ?'s

Anybody have a slight fitment problem with running the D&D 2 1/8 headders around a fox steering shaft? It's looks like the headder tube might need slight tweaking so the shaft can turn without interference.

Is modifying the shaft's (both or either) length an option to change the angle of approach?

Dave.

I tried all that, I even took out the bushings and set it up to look like it was offset, nothing works. I got a lot of good info from AJE to check out all possiblities. I know D&D said the newer mustangs said the problem would be the drive shaft [99-04] I just wanted to see about the foxes. I am going to tweak the tubes a little so it can turn. Nothing that is going to affect the flow in any way.
