Hasn't that paint burned off the headers yet? What kind of paint is it (high temperature, heavy duty, ect.)? I'm jealous.

The paint is Imron, been on there for 3 years now. The headers are jacketed, so they run a tad hotter than the engine water temp (160-180). They are burned a tad at the head flange, but it's hard to see that area in the boat.

I figured that the water would help it not chip. Imron's pretty good, its what I painted my f100 frame with. The Valve covers are Moroso ones with the Moroso logo not on them and he had a friend engraves what he wanted on them.

That oil filter is only pluging the hole. Stuck in on there temporary cause someone gave it to me. Couldn't pay me enough to run FRAM....
