This is my 87 Turbo Coupe Stock Appearing build with a 466. (eventually going into my 84 Crew Cab)
For now I am bracket racing it.

I like the stock appearance, gives em surprise when you open the hood.

Here's my Bone Stock 1977 460 w/Torker II, 750 Holley D/P, and homemade headers from my FE tweaked a tad w/new flanges.

heres my stock bottom end 472 with probe flat top pistions,and cleaned up dove heads ,no porting,and victor intake with a 1050 holley ,runs 10.50 1/4 mile ,and 6.70s 1/8th , i cant seerm to post pics, it sez max file size is 0 mb and any pic i try to load it sez is to big

It's definitly a turd compared to the others posted, but it's a starting point to get the Torino project on the road.

7500 rpm we fell off 100 hp at 7000 rpm !!!!

Thats not that high of rpm, 1200 @ 7500 for a 500" motor! You going to be sticking with a "A" cut impeller or going a little smaller to get every last hp out of it?

We'll start at 7500 rpm and maybe get another impeller to start cutting on and seeing if it'll take more rpm. If it likes it i may at one point try the overdrive gearbox. and turn her 9000.

There was a guy here in Texas with a white Cheyenne and a drceII or III with a gearbox, if i remember right they could never get the boat to really run all that well, don't know if it had anything to do with the gearbox or the hack that set it up.

You might get some different hose for the vacuum pump though, that pressure washer stuff will collapse with good vacuum........ They should have some at the hardware store that has rings inside it that would be a better choice.
