C6 weak points

What are the major weak points in a C6 transmission?

Just trying to work up an idea for what i need to do to prep the transmission for my bigblock.
Im going to be swapping the valve body out for a full manual with transbrake.

Any tricks or quarks that i should know about a C6?

Im pretty much C6 Dumb so im here here to learn up! Someone said its kind of like a C4 on growth pills.

I drained the fluid out of it this morning and it looked all clumped up. Probably going to need a full rebuild. I like how the input shafts about 30 percent larger than my C4's

Got another question however, what gains would i see doing a roller conversion on the C6?

You'd most likely see a dramatic drop in tranny temps, which will make it live a lot longer. Heat is your worst enemy here!!!

So going ahead and doing a roller conversion would probably be in my best interest then.

Yes i believe so . They spin over much freer i have found with the rollers . At a minimum do the #9.
