If it wasn't for the extremely high track temps, I think US43 would have worked out nicely.








Some didn't have any problem even with the high track temps....

It's a great track and good people run it. I had a standing invite to do it again anytime we want.

I had waited too long waiting to see if anyone else was going to put the ford race on and didn't get a good date.

And the weather that weekend was a fluke, it's never that hot that time of year.

Fabion will go in bottom 5's   I wouldn't be surprised if he don't go a 4.99

The track temp that Saturday was 155*......it would most likely have been a different finish result if we could'a waited till dark to run. I'm very confident we can have another race here with some dedication from enough people. I was disappointed in the local turnout last time and I still give the success to Nick for the heads up deal and sponsors that put up the $$. I don't care where the race happens I just hope I can attend!

Notice how close I am to the Hero parts trailer.....

I have a bunch of vids of the races also. I thought it was a great race and it was worth the drive--as it was obviously the first time we met a few of the board members. The wifee liked it also as the Amish was nearby and you could go over there to get jams and such.
