There is no way we will have enough people to even make a class with those rules. A lot of these people are bracket racers and we want them to enjoy themselves and have fun. Then if we do have any people who out runs anyone on a 10.5 they can brag on it.
Heck, those 10.5 guys shouldn't be worried, Wolfe ran 4.4's. If they have enough of what it takes they shouldn't be scared!

Class Description -
Full bodied race cars. Cars will qualifiy on a .400 pro tree.

Body -
Stock body lines. Must be stock appearing and have factory floor pan.

Suspension-
Any suspension allowed ...... NO WHEELIE BARS !!!

Engine-
Any engine combo allowed ....BBF or SBF only .... any power adders ....

Tires -
any tire even top fuel size

Can I borrow your tires Nick? I figure you"ll go out 1st round, I'll just run after you so I can swap your tires on her.

We have something in common, my cars a show car too. The big tires and chute are just to compensate for the color...

I hope it is run whatcha brung so I can go out right away and start drinking early and get some spectating in.

So, Lets see if I have this right: You leave off the tree, have a predetermined ET , if you breakout the most you loose, if you/your opponent has the best light and is on his/her dial or does a better job at the finish line, that person will win. You drive around to the time shack, smile if you get the white and frown if you get the yellow and drive back and put the numbers in the log book. Figure out what difference your car will run prior to the next round and make adjustments from there.


Yeah, sorry, but that is bracket racing.

This is not bracket racing : Line up to the car next to you. First one to the finish line without a red light or disqualification wins.
